UScellular’s Inclusion Summit Ignites Associates to Understand New Perspectives

This August 2023, UScellular hosted its 4th annual Inclusion Summit where associates came together to learn new perspectives and take actions to build an environment of inclusion, understanding and belonging for all.

The two-day event included speakers who covered a wide range of subjects that created thought-provoking discussions to help influence company culture and support how associates connect with customers and communities where they live and work.

More than one thousand UScellular associates took part in discussions covering wide-ranging subjects under the theme of “The Inclusion Experience." The presentations helped convey how people can show up for one another, explore difference and encounter new information in thought-provoking and exciting ways. “The Inclusion Experience” was about practical inclusion – knowledge that associates can take away and put to good use at work and in life beyond the Summit.
