UScellular is Helping Families Stay Connected During the Pandemic

January 1, 2022 - The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) replaced the Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) program on December 31, 2021 and continues to help eligible families and households pay for internet service during the pandemic.

Keeping our customers connected to the things that matter most to them is important to us and we’re here to help. To bridge the digital divide exacerbated by the pandemic, UScellular will support customers who meet the requirements set by the Federal Communications Commission. Those who are eligible will receive monthly discounts of up to $30 per month – or up to $75 per month if on tribal lands.

Existing EBB customers who were fully enrolled as of December 31, 2021 will automatically continue to receive their current monthly benefit until March 1, 2022. We’ll be providing more information to these EBB customers about transitioning in the near future.

Details about how UScellular customers can sign up for the Affordable Connectivity Program are available at www.uscellular.com/plans/affordable-connectivity-program
