UScellular Appoints Adriana Rios Welton as General Counsel
CHICAGO (August 15, 2023) – UScellular (NYSE: USM) announced today that Adriana Rios Welton has been appointed to the role of General Counsel. She joined UScellular in June 2022 and will continue in her role as chief of government affairs.

Welton has more than 11 years of legal counsel experience. She earned a bachelor’s degree in politics from Princeton University in Princeton, N.J., and holds a juris doctor from Duke University Law School in Durham, N.C.
