You have enough on your mind, and we want to make sure that you at least have predictability and transparency for your wireless service. No matter what plan you are on, we commit to not increasing your rate plan price through at least the end of 2023. No fine print, no gimmicks, and you don’t need to do anything.

We pride ourselves on offering a variety of flexible plan options and allowing you to choose the plan that best meets your needs and your budget. For some of you, the plan that you signed up for 2, 5 or 10 years ago continues to do that. Some of you may have recently switched from another carrier, and some of you may just be thinking of switching. No matter what your situation, if you’re part of the UScellular family, we’re committed to being transparent and flexible. And of course, we always reserve the right to LOWER prices.

We know that needs can evolve, so our associates – whether in our stores, in our customer support centers or via online chat – are available to review your plan and usage with you to ensure that it continues to meet your needs. But unlike some of our competitors, we won’t force you to update your plan or surprise you with a price increase. If you don’t want to make a change, we won’t change a thing.

We also recognize that the hardships caused by the pandemic are far from over, so we continue to help eligible families and households pay for internet service through the Affordable Connectivity Program.
