Oregon Business Names UScellular a Winner of Best Places to Work in Oregon 2022

MEDFORD, ORE. (Sept.  26, 2022) - UScellular has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by The Oregonian Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“It is with extreme gratitude towards our associates for being a part of this organization and making this one of the best places to work in Oregon,” said Deirdre Drake, executive vice president, chief people officer and head of communications for UScellular. “Our company is a reflection of our associates, and we are honored that their feedback has allowed us to receive this recognition.”

In addition to this recognition in Oregon, UScellular also received awards for Top Workplace awards in Wisconsin, Tennessee and Iowa. Additionally, UScellular received a top score on Disability: IN’s Disability Equality Index and the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index, while also being recognized as a Best Place to Work for Diversity by Forbes.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

UScellular is currently hiring for a variety of positions. For more information, please go to www.uscellular.jobs/.
