Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

As executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, Doug is responsible for UScellular’s accounting and financial reporting, revenue assurance, financial planning and analysis, credit and collections, treasury, real estate, and supply chain activities. His teams also help guide the company’s financial decisions to ensure that UScellular customers have a great wireless experience.
Doug has more than 25 years of financial experience, and he joined UScellular from Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. (TDS), UScellular’s parent company, where he most recently served as senior vice president of finance and chief accounting officer. Prior to joining TDS in 2007, he held management positions at Midway Games, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Doug is a certified public accountant, a member of the board of directors of UScellular and a board member of the Southwest Wisconsin Chapter of the American Red Cross. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill.
