UScellular Leaders Join Non-Profit Boards
CHICAGO (April 6, 2022) – Two members of UScellular’s officer team recently joined nonprofit boards in their areas. Doug Chambers, executive vice president and chief financial officer and treasurer, has joined the Board of Directors for the Southwest Wisconsin Chapter of the American Red Cross. Nancy Fratzke, vice president of customer support, has joined the Board of Directors for Girls on the Run of Central Oklahoma.
As a Board Member of the Southwest Wisconsin Chapter of the American Red Cross, Chambers will help carry out the organization’s mission by partnering with local leaders to develop and monitor local strategies to deliver mission-related services, raise funds, and be recognized as the “Face of the Red Cross” in their communities. He will also be a member of the Mission Committee where he will help champion strategic volunteer recruitment to support regional Volunteer Workforce Planning.
As a Board Member of Girls on the Run of Central Oklahoma, Fratzke will help steward Girls on the Run as they inspire young girls with their physical activity-based, positive youth development program. Fratzke brings her love for running to the organization, as she has participated in two half marathons and more than 70 races.
Upon joining the Board Chambers said, “I look forward to supporting this vital organization and ensuring they can continue to provide much-needed assistance for people in our Wisconsin communities.”
Fratzke added, “The core values of Girls on the Run offers participants the chance to find their voice and create a foundation that our girls can lean on throughout their lives. My hope for the future of Girls on the Run is to bring the joy of running to girls across Oklahoma where everyone who wants to participate has the opportunity.”
