Des Moines Register Names UScellular a Winner of the Iowa Top Workplaces 2022 Award

DES MOINES, IOWA (Sept. 26, 2022) - UScellular has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by The Iowa Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“This recognition allows us to reflect on our appreciation for all of our associates and the work they put in to keep our customers connected to the people and places that matter most,” said Deirdre Drake, executive vice president, chief people officer and head of communications for UScellular. “We are grateful to our associates for making UScellular one of the best places to work in Iowa.”

So far in 2022, UScellular has also been recognized as a top workplace in Oregon, Knoxville, and Southeast Wisconsin. UScellular also received a top score on Disability: IN’s Disability Equality Index, the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index, and Forbes Best Employers for Diversity.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

UScellular is currently hiring in multiple locations. For more information, please go to www.uscellular.jobs/.
