Denise Lintz

As vice president of enterprise portfolio management and technology shared services, Denise is responsible for leading project delivery across all aspects of the business, including IT initiatives, portfolio management, and operational enhancements. Her teams are also responsible for technology portfolio management, strategic technology contract negotiations, governance, risk, and compliance administration for the technology group. 

Denise joined UScellular in 2012 and has held several leadership roles within network engineering, infrastructure, application development. 

Denise is actively involved with Black Diamond Charities, The Boys & Girls Club of Chicago, Girls who Code and is a member of the board of trustees at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum in Chicago. At UScellular, she is the sponsor for the Asian American Network (AAN), an associate resource group that is focused on the recruitment, retention, and advancement of Asian/Pacific American associates. Additionally, she is a member of several other ARGs including Women in Action, Latino Associate Network and the Network of Black Associates.

Denise earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, Ill., and a master’s degree in business administration from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah.
