Chicago Tribune Names UScellular a Winner of the Chicagoland Top Workplaces 2021 Award
UScellular has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by The Chicago Tribune Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partners Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the successes of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“It is especially wonderful to be awarded Top Workplaces in the city where we are headquartered and have more than 1,300 associates,” said Deirdre Drake, executive vice president and chief people officer at UScellular. “Our associates’ dedication and commitment to sustaining an inclusive culture are what make UScellular a great place to work and enables us to provide our customers with the best wireless experience.”
UScellular is currently hiring for multiple positions in Chicago, including more than 60 full-time positions and more than 20 internships. The open full-time positions offer a competitive starting wage and benefits, along with incentives including performance-based bonuses and discounted service.
